Traditional Italian Cuisine, run by the book by Rumanians
Great variety of food, the Lasagnes I have tried and they are great, but their speciality in general are freshly made pasta.
Fair prices (Lasagne 8.50 Euros), friendly and fast service. Only downside: No sea view.
Edit in Mid August: Now I have been eating there varioius times, the overal excellent performance has held, apart from the Lasagne I can now clearly recommend also the Carpaccio.
