This link leads to the English version of the timeanddate.com Palma weather forecast, which is fairly accurate, but only updated every two hours.
The site itself is of an interesting mix of English and Spanish (but readable), I suspect they are reading themselves from another, Spanish, site.

This forecast of tutiempo is fairly basic, but offers the current conditions reading out LEPA at Palma Airport with frequent upgrading.
They also provide a clima history of the last 35 years of this station.
